Why Imaging May Matter
MRI findings can help identify herniation, bulging, stenosis, degeneration, or nerve compression. But MRI findings are not judged alone. They must match the patient’s symptoms and clinical exam. If you already have an MRI, bring the written report and imaging access if available. If you do not have an MRI, the evaluation can help determine whether imaging may be needed before care is considered.
